The nutty taste of roasted almonds goes perfectly together with the rather salty taste of the tamari. Our roasted tamari almonds are a lovely, healthy snack, but can also be used as addition in salades or other savory dishes. Tamari is a Japanese soy sauce that contains no wheat, in contrast of many other soy sauces. It is fatter and less salty than other variaties and therefore excellently suited as seasoning for all kinds of seeds and nuts. Try also the tamari roasted cashews, or the tamari nuts & seeds mix for instance. Almonds belong to the most healthiest nuts that exist. They hold much vitamine E, an antioxidant that is i.e. important for the immune system. Besides this, almonds are rich of unsaturated fats, and contribute to a good health. The Nutrition centre even advises to eat nuts every day, just because they are so good for you!
