Balsamic can also be described as the king among the vinegar's and is enormously popular. It is a bit syrupy and has a balanced, rich taste and aromatic scent. Balsamic vinegar containsÂ polyphenols, alias powerful antioxidants. Grapes contain quercetin, a material that has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidizing properties and improves the immune system. Traditionally seen is balsamic both sweet as sour of taste, so that it can be used in both hearty and sweet dishes. Use it in dressings, dips, marinades, sauces or as topping on salades, meat and sea fruits. You only need a few drips of this vinegar. It is also recommended to add the vinegar as last and not during cooking.Â
