although we often see it as weeds, nettle is a very versatile vegetable. You can make a nice, healthy tea of the dried leaves. The tea has a natural, earthy taste that can be a little bitter if draw the tea too long. Advice for making the tea: water of 100 C, 2 grams a cup, allow to draw for about 7 minutes.
