Coffee from Ethiopia and Honduras with a full aroma and hints of citrus and chocolate. This medium roast is perfect for drip coffee and cafetiere. Ethiopia is one of the first country's in the world where coffee is been produced. The Spaniards brought the coffee beans around the year 1700, that they found in the area of Ethiopia, to Honduras where also millions of kilo's coffee is being produced. Our Ethiopian Blend combines the best of these two regions. The process: coffee beans are being plucked in three to five rounds and washed with clear water. The beans are 100% sun dried. We roast the coffee beans according to the 'slow roast process' in our own roastery to delicious coffee.
