This oats pasta is made of equal parts wholegrain oatmeal and durum wheat. This combination is necessary because oat naturally does not contain gluten what makes it hard to make pasta from it. The pasta is a source of good nutrients like good digestible proteins, nutritional fibers, B-vitamines and minerals. These materials are mostly in the outer layer of the grain kernel. The pasta has the form of an wider, shorter spaghetti and can be well combined with a rich sauce based on vegetables or cream, but also a light soft sauce fits well.
