Who does not know the classic combination of pasta with tomatoes, onion, zucchini and Italian herbs? We have made this classico extra special by adding purple carrot and sweet potato. Not just a classico, but a superior!
Only add boiling water (ratio water: pasta = 250 ml water: 100 grams pasta) and let it stand for 5 minutes. Just stir and ready. Do you think the pasta is too dry or not al dente enough? Then add some extra boiling water, let the pasta stand for an extra minute and stir again.
