Pasta is arisen independently in diverse cultures and is from there dispersed over the whole world. It is a dough product, made from hard grains, especially hard wheat, that can be diluted in diverse forms. The pasta is made of the whole grain kernels of durum wheat. This contains much complex carbohydrates like fibers that provide a good intestinal function. They give a sated feeling, that lasts longer after your meal.
