This is a tasty mix of quinoa including roasted cashew nuts and broccoli. We have added some onion, tomatoes and a mix of various soup vegetables and herbs. The result is a top boost for any time of the day.
Only add boiling water (ratio of water: quinoa = 200 ml water: 100 grams of quinoa) and let it stand for 5 minutes. Just stir and ready. Do you think the quinoa is a bit too thick? If necessary, add some extra boiling water, let it stand for an extra minute and stir again.
