Coffee with a balanced taste and hints of citrus and chocolate. Sidamo coffee has a lighter acidity and a strong body. This dark roast is perfect for espresso or ristretto. The Sidamo coffee is being cultivated by small farmers in the former county Sidamo in Ethopia. Such as with the most African coffee's the beans are small and grey, but beautiful and deep of taste. The coffee beans are 100% Arabica, Fairtrade and organic. The process: the coffee beans are plucked with the hand and sold to factories. The coffee beans are washed with clear, clean water. The coffee beans are sun dried and constantly held in motion during this process so everything will be dried immediately. The coffee beans are finally delivered to IDorganics. We roast the coffee beans according to the 'slow roast process' in our own roastery to delicious coffee.
