The wild garlic-spelt spaghetti is a dough product made of wholegrain spelt flour and wild garlic powder. The nutrients in the spelt grain are contained in the whole grain. The vast majority of the good nutrients remains intact during the grinding process. This makes it a source of slow carbohydrates, fibers, proteins, vitamines and minerals. Wild garlic has a mild garlic flavour, it stimulates the digestion and improves the functioning of the liver and gal. Spelt contains gluten but people that are hypersensitive are for wheat can often handle spelt. The spaghetti can be well combined with tomatoes/meat or a rich sauce based on vegetables or cream.
