This tagliatelle is made of spelt flour. The nutrients in the spelt grain can all be found in the whole grain, so the vast majority of the good nutrients remains intact during the grinding process. This makes it a source of slow carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines and minerals. Spelt contains gluten, but even people that are hypersensitive for wheat can often handle spelt. Tagliatelle is just like spaghetti, a ribbon pasta, but has more ''bite'' because of the wider strands. In most cases a rich sauce with some vegetables and meat is being use with this pasta.Â Pasta has arisen independently in diverse cultures and is from there dispersed over the whole world. It is a dough product that is mostly made of hard wheat.
