This pasta is made of spelt flour, lightly seasoned and the form is curled. A soft, light sauce can be well-combined with this pasta. Pasta has arisen independently in diverse cultures and is from there dispersed over the whole world. It is a dough product, made from hard grains, especially hard wheat, that can be diluted in diverse forms. The nutrients in the spelt grain are contained in the whole grain. The vast majority of the good nutrients remains present during the grinding process. This makes it a source of slow carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines and minerals. Spelt contains gluten, but even people that are hypersensitive for wheat can often handle spelt.
