This pasta is made of spelt flour, lightly seasoned and the form is curled. A soft, light sauce can be well-combined with this pasta. Pasta has arisen independently in diverse cultures and is from there dispersed over the whole world. It is a dough product, made from hard grains, especially hard wheat, that can be diluted in diverse forms. The nutrients in the spelt grain are contained in the whole grain.
