Our organic cashews are completely unprocessed: no salt and unroasted. They are a delicious snack, but you can use cashews in many different ways. Raw cashews are incredibly versatile. Just like many other nuts, a handful of cashews can be consumed as a healthy, fast snack, but you can also use them in all kinds of dishes. Because the cashews are deliciously creamy, they are perfectly suited for (vegan) sauces and dips. Our complete assortiment of nuts contains a wide selection of variants besides these raw cashews. For example, we have roasted cashews with tamari or sour cream, but also roasted cashews with a pinch of sea salt for that extra taste. Cashews contain many minerals, especially iron and magnesium. It is of much importance to consume enough iron, because this prevents anemia. Magnesium is relevant for more than 300 processes in the human body, including those that contribute to a healthy nervous system and immune system. Besides this, cashews contain also I high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids. According to the Nutrition centre, unsaturated fatty acids contribute to the lowering of LDL-cholesterol.
