Vinegar is a natural product. If the juice of fruits ferments, alcohol arises. The alcohol is converted into acetic acid under influence of air and de bacteria: Acetobacter. The bacteria is found naturally in wood. Red wine vinegar is made of red grapes and has a somewhat stronger, robust taste. Vinegar improves the digestion, the metabolism and has a well influence on the cholesterol level. Sprinkle bitter vegetables like sprouts or coal with a little bit of wine vinegar, or use it to enhance the fruit taste in berry's and salsa's.
