This beautiful combination of noodles with dried shiitake and miso delivers a delicious hot lunch with a Japanese twist. Only add boiling water (ratio water: noodles = 250 ml water: 100 gram noodles) and let it stand for 5 minutes. Just stir and ready. Do you think the noodles are too dry or not yet soft enough? Then add some extra boiling water, let the pasta stand for an extra minute and stir again.
