These unroasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds are a lovely snack. They are also perfect for salads, bread or other dishes. Although you can eat these with skin, pumpkin seeds are much tastier when you only eat the dark green pits. Luckily our organic pumpkin seeds are already peeled, so you can enjoy them staright away. Pumpkin seeds are very rich in protein and fibre. These are so-called 'complete' proteins, what means that all essential amino acids are included. Next to that, pumpkin seeds are also very rich in minerals like magnesium, potassium and iron.
