Our stock is managed by an external logistics partner. This partner takes care of the preparation and distribution our orders.

Lead times

Deliveries take place on the second working day after your order is processed.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 am on day A will be delivered on day C.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 am will be processed on the next working day and delivered two working days later, on day D.

Changing orders

As orders are sent directly to our external warehouse, it is no longer possible to amend existing orders by phone or email. Adding products is not possible either; for this, you will have to place a new order.

Please also note that collecting orders from our production location is no longer possible.

Delivery when the recipient is not available

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is not available, the courier will leave a card in the letterbox. This card will ask you to arrange a new delivery date within five days.

Once a new delivery date has been scheduled, the courier will make another delivery attempt. If no new appointment is arranged within five days, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse.

If you would like to arrange a new delivery after this period, additional charges will apply.
