Of course, our new breakfast assortment should not be missing a grain-free option. The crunch seeds & nuts have been a favorite with our bulk customers for a long time and should therefore not be missing from the BioNut range.
We roast a mix of seeds - sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and linseed - with hazelnuts and cashew nuts. We add raisins, coconut chips and some coconut blossom sugar to all this afterwards. During roasting, crispy 'clusters' are created that taste delicious with (vegetable) milk, yoghurt or cottage cheese and possibly fresh fruit.
