Coconut flower sugar is made from coconut sap by cooking it and then, cooling followed by grinding, sieving and granulation. This has a subtle sweet taste with a hint of caramel. It contains small amounts of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. These phytonutrients help in diabetes and high cholesterol. It also contains inulin that is believed to give a boost to the immune system.
