Dear customer,

Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard on the preparations for relocating our warehouse. This is a significant change, but we are confident that it will allow us to offer you even better service. You may have already noticed a few changes in our online shop.

Updated Pack Sizes and Improved Stock Availability

For example, you might see different pack sizes than you are used to. We have decided to reduce the number of product variants. This enables us to provide real-time insight into product availability, so you can always see whether or not an item is in stock and when you can expect delivery.

Last Week Before Warehouse Closure

We would like to remind you that this is the final week before the warehouse relocation. Our warehouse will be closed next week.

You can continue to place orders as usual, but please note that orders placed in week 16 will only be processed from 20 April onwards.

Planning and Delivery Schedule

Week 16

Week 17
