DescriptionChia seed* - black
Since a couple of years, chia seed, has become enormously popular as super food, and that is not without reason! The high content of fibers and omega-3 fatty acids makes chia seed an incredibly healthy ingredient. It is often added to smoothies or yogurt to give a fast breakfast just that little extra. Chia seed contains also much thiamine (vitamin B1) and niacin (vitamin B3) besides nutritional fibers and omega-3 fatty acids. These are two of the five most important vitamins.
