This lovely sweet, organic mango is the perfect snack voor both children as adults. The dried mango is a bit more intensive as fresh mango, but it has the same sweet taste. A handful of mango strips is perfect as healthy solution for the nice appetite, but of course, you can do a lot more with it. For example, try making a spicy-sweet mangochutney, or cut the mango strips and mix them together with coconut chips for a tropical granola. The yellow-orange color of mango originates, just like carrots, from the high grade of beta-carotene, a form of pro-vitamine A. Your body can convert beta-carotene in vitamine A. This is i.e. necessary to ensure good functioning of your eyesight.
