Dear customer,
Due to the relocation of our inventory, our warehouse will be closed from Friday 10 April 12:00 am to Monday 20 April 8:00 am. This means that no deliveries will take place during week 16.
You can continue to place orders as usual during this period. Orders received in week 16 will be processed from 20 April onwards.
New delivery process from week 17
From that moment, order picking and dispatch will be handled by a specialised logistics partner. We expect orders from week 16 to be completed over the course of week 17.
The new process entails a few practical changes:
Delivery lead times
From now on, we will deliver on the second working day after your order is received, rather than the next working day.
- Orders placed before 11:00 am on day A will be delivered on day C.
- Orders placed after 11:00 am will be processed on the next working day and delivered on day D.
Changing orders
As orders are sent directly to our external warehouse, it is no longer possible to amend existing orders by phone or email. Adding products is also not possible; for this, a new order will need to be placed.
Please also note that collecting orders from our production location is no longer possible.

We understand that these changes may take some getting used to. However, we are confident they will benefit our customers in the long term. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to making this change as smooth as possible.
