Koban is a gluten free Japanese saltine in the original round form, that is brought on taste with tamari soy sauce (soy beans, water, salt), mirin rice, wine (water, glutinous rice, rice, salt) and seaweed. These salts are originally from Japan. They are made of a dough of rice flour with diverse flavors. It is steamed, cut into the right shape, dried and grilled. Mirin is a sweet, Japanese rice wine that exists of 40 to 50% sugar and has less than 1% alcohol. It has a mild, sweet taste. Seaweed contains a lot of minerals and also fucose (glyconutrient), a special kind of sugar that is not common in many foods, which has a beneficial effect on the intestines. Sesame seed contains a lot of fibers, proteins, B-vitamins, minerals and strong antioxidants. Shin mix is airy and hearty, it is perfect with a drink or as snack.
