Muto mix is a gluten free mix of diverse formed Japanese salts that are brought on taste with snoyu soy sauce (soy beans, salt, wheat), olive oil, sea salt, nori seaweed and sesame seed.Â These salts are originally from Japan. They are made of a dough of rice flour with diverse flavors.Â It is steamed, cut into the right shape, dried and grilled. Seaweed contains a lot of minerals and also fucose (glyconutrient), a special kind of sugar that is not common in many foods, which has a beneficial effect on the intestines. Sesame seed contains a lot of fibers, proteins, B-vitamins, minerals and strong antioxidants. Shin mix is airy and hearty, it is perfect with a drink or as snack.
