Shin mix is a gluten free mix of diversely shaped Japanese rice crackers that are flavoured with shoyu soy sauce (soy beans, salt, wheat) olive oil, sea salt, nori seaweed and sesame seed. These rice crackers are originally from Japan. They are made from glutinous rice flour with diverse flavors. They are steamed, cut into the right shape, dried and grilled. Seaweed contains a lot of minerals and also fructose (glyconutrient), a special kind of sugar that is not common in many foods, which has a beneficial effect on the intestines. Sesame seed contains a lot of fibre, protein, B-vitamins, minerals and strong antioxidants. Shin mix is light and savoury. It is perfect with a drink or as a snack.
