This pasta is 100% made of rye. Rye is a distant relative of the wheat and has a high nutritional value thanks to the high content of fibers (60% of the RDA), the big amount of minerals like mangaan, magnesium and the big amount of fyto-nutrients (bio-active plant materials). Finnish scientists have discovered that rye is effective against internal inflammations on cell level. Because of this, rye is helps against diabetes type 2. This pasta has a lightly curled form. A hearty sauce based on vegetables, meat or fish fits really well. Pasta has arisen independently in diverse cultures and is from there dispersed over the whole world. It is a dough product that is mostly made of hard wheat.
