Dear customer,

To improve our service, we have moved our stock to an external logistics partner. From now on, this partner will take care of the preparation and distribution our orders.

This transition enables us to manage our stock levels more efficiently and improve the reliability of our deliveries.

What is changing?

New lead times

Orders will be delivered on the second working day after your order is processed.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 am on day A will be delivered on day C.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 am will be processed on the next working day and delivered two working days later, on day D.

Changing orders

As orders are sent directly to our external warehouse, it is no longer possible to amend existing orders by phone or email. Adding products is not possible either; for this, a new order will need to be placed.

Please also note that collecting orders from our production location is no longer possible.

Adjustment of packaging units

You might see pack sizes that are different from what you are used to. We have decided to reduce the number of product variants, as this allows us to provide real-time insight into product availability. This means you can see whether or not an item is in stock and when you can expect delivery.

Our decision to collaborate with a specialised logistics partner will allow us to:

  • manage our stock levels with greater accuracy;
  • provide you with up‑to‑date stock information;
  • significantly improve our delivery reliability.

Although we are doing everything we can to minimise the inconvenience, some disruption may be unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding and will do our utmost to ensure a smooth transition.
