Dear customer,

To improve our services, we will soon be relocating our warehouse. This transition will enable us to manage our stock levels more efficiently and improve the reliability of our deliveries.

As part of this move, we will be storing our inventory with an external logistics partner, who will handle the picking and distribution of all orders on our behalf.

What is changing?

The relocation will take place in week 16. This will have the following implications:

Temporary interruption of shipments

  • We will not be processing or dispatching orders in week 16.
  • You can, however, continue to place orders as usual. These orders will be processed starting week 17.

New lead times from week 17 onwards

  • From week 17, the lead time of your orders will change.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 on day A will be delivered on day C.

This means that orders will no longer be delivered on the next working day, but on the second working day after receipt.

Adjustment of packaging units

We will also be adjusting the packaging units of a number of products. These changes will gradually appear in our webshop. More information will follow shortly.

Our decision to collaborate with a specialised logistics partner will allow us to:

  • manage our stock levels with greater accuracy;
  • provide you with up‑to‑date stock information;
  • significantly improve our delivery reliability.

Although we are doing everything we can to minimise the inconvenience, some disruption may be unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding and will do our utmost to ensure a smooth transition.
