Brazil nuts*
Organic brazil nuts have a creamy, rich taste and contain many important nutrients. You can eat them alone, combine them with other nuts or use them for all kinds of dishes.
Hazelnuts*
Our organic, brown hazelnuts are pure nature. They are unroasted, unsalted and well suited for almost every diet.
Cashews*
Our organic cashews are completely unprocessed: no salt and unroasted. They are not only a delicious snack but also rich in vitamins and minerals. It is a good source of potassium which is critical for healthy nerve function in our body.
Almonds* - white
Our organic white almonds do not contain added thickeners, sugars, salt, colors, and
flavors of any kind. The unroasted, unsalted almonds are shortly blanched to peel off the skin. These can be enjoyed as-it-is or combined with the breakfast or snack.
Almonds* - brown
Organic almonds in purest form. These raw almonds need no further processing, they are already delicious in its unroasted and unsalted state.
Seed mix* - omega
This is our special seeds mix with one important property: they are all rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. These multiple unsaturated fatty acids contribute to a lower cholesterol grade, good immune system and healthy skin, nails and hair.

This seed mix combines the fresh taste of the superfood gojiberries and mulberries with the crispy sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds and walnut pieces.
Hemp seed* - peeled
Hemp seed is one of the healthiest seeds that exist. It is full of proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. You can use hemp seed in all kinds of ways, for instance, add it to an energy bar, smoothie or use it as a topping on your salad.
Sesame seed* - roasted
Sesame seeds can be delicious when used on bread, cookies or as topping on certain dishes. Our organic sesame seeds are already roasted, what makes the taste even more intensified.
Chia seed* - black
Chia seeds have become enormously popular as super food, and that is not without reason! The high content of fibers and omega-3 fatty acids make chia seed an incredibly healthy ingredient.
Flaxseed* - blond
Blond Flaxseed is full of fantastic nutrients. Flaxseed also contains all kinds of necessary minerals besides proteins, fibers and healthy fatty acids.
Salad mix* - de luxe
This combination of the nicest seeds and nuts with a pinch of sea salt is the perfect mix to finish each salad. When you shortly roast the seeds and nuts in a dry baking pan, it further enhances the taste of the seeds and nuts.
Flaxseed* - broken
Flaxseed is full of fantastic nutrients. Flaxseed contains besides proteins, fibers and healthy fatty acids also all kinds of necessary minerals. Broken Flaxseed is even easier to digest, and makes sure that you can assimilate the nutrition's even better.
Sunflower seeds*
Organic sunflower seeds are as delicious as healthy. Our sunflower seeds are already peeled, so you can have them straight. They are raw and nice, but the taste is even better when you roast them shortly in a dry baking pan.
Sesame seed*
Sesame seed is an incredibly all-round ingredient. Because of the healthy properties and characteristic taste, it is often used in bread, or as topping in Asian dishes. You can also make your own tahini (sesame paste).
Pine kernels*
Pine kernels have a creamy, nearly buttery texture and are a delicious addition to all kinds of dishes. The mild taste will be further enhanced when roasted shortly in a dry baking pan.
Pumpkin seeds*
Our unroasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds are a lovely snack! They are also perfect for salads, bread and other dishes. Although you can eat these with skin, pumpkin seeds are much tastier when you only eat the dark green pits.
